Short bio

Francis Xu joined BASF Venture Capital in December 2022, taking on responsibilities for internal operation management and external post-investment collaborations. She holds a bachelor degree in International Economy and Trade and has been working with BASF for 8 years. Before joining the BVC team in China, she assumed the position of assistant manager and executive assistant to the Senior Vice President, who is responsible for Business & Market Development of BASF Greater China. Before joining BASF, she worked in the Marketing Department of China Post Group Co., Ltd.(Shanghai Headquarter) for 10 years.
