Seit 2013 hat Wintershall die Betriebsführerschaft der Offshore Plattform Brage übernommen. Wintershall hält über 50 Lizenzen in der norwegischen Nordsee, über die Hälfte davon als Betriebsführer. Das Unternehmen ist damit einer der größten Lizenznehmer in Norwegen und investiert rund die Hälfte seines weltweiten Explorationsbudgets in dieser Region.

Since 2013 has Wintershall taken over the operatorship of the offshore platform Brage. Wintershall holds more than 50 licences in the Norwegian North Sea, about half of them as operator. The company is therefore one of the largest licence holders in Norway and invests approximately half of its global exploration budget in this region.
