My first experience with BASF was during my research internship at the Ludwigshafen site. Having the opportunity to come up with innovative solutions and to pursue them globally made working at BASF attractive to me. So far, I've been in the company for 5 years and I appreciate what the collaborative culture is about: professionalism, humanity and sincerity.
