What’s Changing:
Company Name: From 1st July, Buck will be known as Gallagher.
What Stays the Same:

- Current Contact Details: Until further notice, continue using the existing email addresses, web addresses, and postal addresses.
- Services Provided: The nature and quality of the services provided will remain the same.
Upcoming Updates:

- Email Addresses: Look out for updated email addresses in future communications.
- Web Addresses: The online portal will reflect new web addresses.
- Postal Address: The initial line of the postal address will be updated to reflect the new name.

Quick Help

Am I a member of the Defined Contribution (DC) or a Defined Benefit (DB) Section of the Scheme?

Your annual benefit statement will confirm the details of your own benefits.  Some members have DC benefits, some have DB and some have both.  If you are unsure of your own benefits, please contact the Scheme Administrator.

What are my investment options?

Your investment options are explained in the Investment Guide. You can view fund performance in the Investment Centre.

How can I review my funds or make changes?

You can see up to date performance on the Pension Portal and also complete fund trades online.

Using the online modeller is also great way to see what your fund might look like in the future before you commit to any changes.
