For our consulting team, we are looking for young professionals as well as experienced consultants.

You should have completed a degree with excellent results in Business Administration or a Masters in Science with a major in Business. Ideally, you have up to five years of practical experience at a leading management consultancy or a related environment working in the areas of sales & marketing, organization (structures and processes), change management and/or post-merger integration & carve-out.

We offer you the chance to develop your skills across the areas of commercial excellence, structures and processes, post-merger integration and carve-out as well as change management. Through projects in these areas, you will gain a comprehensive overview of the different aspects of the BASF business.

In your day-to-day work, you will have the freedom to take initiative and the chance to take over responsibility early on. Depending on your previous experience, you can directly start as project manager.

You will benefit from a unique spectrum of challenges and collaboration within a team of top performers.

We advise the top management of BASF worldwide for all general management topics. To solve their challenges, we play various roles in the organization, ranging from project manager to analyst, from concept developer to trainer.

We are organized into four main practice groups that are aligned with core topics of our management:

• Commercial Excellence: Supporting BASF business units to generate sustainable and profitable growth
• Organizational Excellence: Optimizing and redefining organizational structures and processes to support strategy and business model implementation
• Post-Merger Integration / Carve-Out: Managing mid- to large-scale acquisitions and divestments for BASF and further develop relevant expertise within the company
• Change Excellence: Planning, developing and implementing change initiatives with BASF leadership

We are located in Germany and Hong Kong and execute projects around the world, depending on the location of our clients.
