“鲨鱼皮”技术正在推广运用到汉莎航空所有波音777F货机和瑞士国际航空公司所有波音777-300ER客机。
创新:一切关于表面
我们与汉莎技术公司合作,共同解决这个问题,同时无需完全重新设计飞机。相反,鲨鱼皮技术只是简单的改造——即在飞机外部贴上一层包含数百万个细微 "螺纹"的薄膜。
通过优化空气动力学,飞机使用的燃料更少,排放的二氧化碳也相应减少。以一架大型长途飞机为例,每年可减少超过1000吨二氧化碳排放!

巴斯夫肋膜业务经理Vjosa Schmidt是“鲨鱼皮”技术的忠实粉丝。“这是航空业为数不多的发明,既能减少所有与气候相关排放(包括碳排放),同时还能降低成本。”她兴奋地说道。
Vjosa作为业务人员和科学家的身份难以区分,而巴斯夫的鲨鱼皮团队本身却是个紧密的团队,每个人都觉得对产品成功肩负重任。功能性薄膜业务部负责人Sebastian Hartwig博士说:“这一切都与人有关。“要实现创新,人比科学更为重要。”
他们两人怀有非常人性化的初心,希望推动航空业的可持续发展。Vjosa说:“我喜欢旅行,而且我不相信举步不前是一种解决办法。我对负责任的发展深信不疑。”
我有两个孩子。他们希望在仍然充满生机的星球长大。

巴斯夫团队相信,“鲨鱼皮”技术的进一步发展可以为航空业节约3%的燃料,从而减少数百万吨二氧化碳排放。我们与汉莎技术公司携手合作,计划为更多的飞机类型开发和认证这一技术,并使其适用于全球更多的航空公司。
当关乎气候保护时,就像鲨鱼本身一样,这支团队将永不停歇。
