Krisanne Poók

Krisanne Poók is Chief Human Resources Officer, BASF Corporation and Vice President, People Services Americas, a role she assumed in November 2024. She leads Human Resources and Corporate Communications services for the Americas. As a member of the BASF Corporation Executive Team, Krisanne represents the employee perspective at the highest leadership level. 

Since joining BASF in 2008, Krisanne has held several leadership positions in Human Resources and Communications. She recently served as Vice President, People Services, US and prior to that as the Global Head of Human Resources and Communications for BASF’s Catalyst Division. In addition, she led Talent and Leadership Development for BASF Corporation.

Krisanne has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Communications. Prior to joining BASF, she served in talent management, recruiting and leadership development positions at Mars Incorporated. 

Krisanne holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Delaware and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Chestnut Hill College, Pennsylvania.
