BASF to increase prices for Polyamide 6 and 66 in North America

WYANDOTTE, MI, June 7, 2024 – Effective June 15, 2024, or as contracts allow, BASF will increase prices for the following products in North America:

  • Ultramid®, Technyl® and Capron® (PA6 compounds)         $0.12/lb
  • Ultramid and Technyl (PA66 compounds)                           $0.15/lb
  • Nypel® (PA6 and PA66 compounds)                                   $0.12/lb

Higher increases for some compounded grades may be required.
