Open-house Saturday with site tours, wine cellar tours & short exhibition tours

Buckle up and let's go. On the BASF open-house Saturday you can take part in a tour across the world's largest contiguous chemical site or our famous wine cellar. Explore our multimedia exhibition by yourself or during our offered guided short tours.

Important information for your visit:

Children aged 6 and above may participate in a site tour.

All persons age 16 or above must bring their identity card with them.

Important hygiene & safety regulations for your visit

• Please visit us only, if you are completely healthy. This is especially important in the current cold season. Please stay home with cold symptoms out of consideration for our other visitors.

• Masks are no longer mandatory, but we strongly recommend that you continue to wear them during our programs.

Parents can experiment with their children (age 6 until 12 years) every 4^thSaturday in the KidsLab.

Site tour "Sustainability in the BASF city of chemistry"

Throughout this year, the focus of the site tours is on the theme of “Sustainability in the BASF city of chemistry”. You will find out how BASF develops new products and solutions for the challenges of the future.

The combined offer of a site tour and a guided tour of the BASF wine cellar is offered several times on our open-house Saturday. Join in and take a look around the shop of the wine cellar independently after the program.

Short guided tours through the exhibition

During our short guided tours through the multimedia exhibition you will get to know the Visitor Center from a whole new persprective. Take part and experience lots of interesting moments.

No registration possible in advance; tickets for participation are available at the Front Desk on Saturday.
