Welcome to the Service Hub Berlin!

We are part of BASF and provide forward-looking business services for more than 100 BASF Group companies throughout EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) from our site in Berlin.

But what does one actually understand by a hub? The term hub originally comes from information technology and refers to the hub of a network - and that's exactly what we are. We are the central point of contact for ensuring the best possible processes between our employees, suppliers, contacts and customers of the Group companies. As a hub, we therefore take on a large number of the business management tasks so that other BASF Group companies can concentrate on their essential core competencies such as research, development or production.
