From the date of consent of personnel information collection until the transaction termination date with BASF Company Ltd. or the date of withdrawal of consent
4. 미 동의 권리 및 불이익
Right of disagreement and disadvantage		 위 개인 정보 수집 및 이용에 동의하지 않을 수 있으며 동의하지 않을 경우 아무런 불이익이 없습니다
You may disagree the collection and use of personal information, and there is no disadvantage in case you disagree.

개인 정보의 국외 이전 및 제3자 제공 동의서

BASF가 고객 관계 관리를 위해 계약한 클라우드 기반의 고객 관계 관리 소프트웨어 업체 "Salesforce, Inc." (+1 800-664-9073, [Salesforce Tower, 415 Mission Street, 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA)

Salesforce, Inc. (+1 800-664-9073, Salesforce Tower, 415 Mission Street, 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA), a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management software provider company that BASF has contracted to manage customer relationship.

6. 미 동의 권리, 거부하는 방법/절차 및 불이익

위 개인 정보의 국외 제3자에게 제공에 동의하지 않을 수 있으며 동의하지 않을 경우 아무런 불이익이 없습니다. 국외 이전을 원치 않으실 경우 아래 ‘동의하지 않음’ 체크박스를 선택하시거나 개인정보 보호 담당부서를 통하여 거부하실 수 있습니다.
