I started working for BASF as Grow ASEAN trainees rotating in various functions in BASF Indonesia and 1 rotation in BASF Shared Service Center. In between my rotations, I had a memorable experience participating in a Grow sustainability project to build water treatment plant in Cambodia. After completing my traineeship, I took a role in Finance for 1.5 year before moving to business.
