Chiara values the combination of internationality, challenge, and team spirit at BASF. Her apprenticeship as a plant mechanic gives her the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. She was able to participate in a four-week exchange program in Tarragona, which also helped improve her Spanish.
In her daily work, Chiara is learning to repair defective equipment, to weld, to manufacture system components, and to create technical drawings for individual parts or pipeline layouts, so that our production facilities can be operated safely and sustainably.
