Policy commitment

We are committed to respecting internationally recognized human rights in our own operations and to fostering respect for human rights in relationships with our business partners along the value chain. The BASF Policy Statement on Human Rights sets out how we aim to meet this commitment with relevant stakeholder groups.

Our Policy Statement on Human Rights refers to internationally recognized standards and has been approved at the highest corporate level. It outlines our commitments and expectations towards our business partners as well as our human rights strategy. It includes risks and processes in place to address these risks. The policy statement is communicated internally and externally.
