BASF Stiftung

BASF Stiftung

BASF Stiftung is a non-profit and charitable foundation. By focusing on health and skills, we are able to provide support to people in difficult situations and aid them in emergencies.

We advise and support BASF employees and their families and are actively involved in disaster management projects with the aim to improve the living conditions of the disadvantaged.

Counseling
With our Employee Assistance Program, we are the central point of contact for all employees and their families for psychosocial issues regarding work, private life and finances.

Supporting
We help employees, their family members and others in need if they get into financial difficulties through no fault of their own. We provide aid and support employees with loans to help them through difficult times.

Funding
We are committed to initiatives in the field of disaster management – anticipatory, responsive and recovering – in order to improve the living conditions of disadvantaged people in the long term.
