Our site

Welcome to a new era of work at #BASFHubBerlin!

Located in the district of Prenzlauer Berg, right at the doorstep of the Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station. Our strategic location on the Berlin S-Bahn ring ensures seamless connectivity for our employees, with direct access to S-Bahn, tram, and bus routes leading to Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof.

A green environment and access to parks are important aspects for us. That's why our Hub is conveniently situated within walking distance of the Volkspark Friedrichshain and Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg.

Step inside our building, where we've created an inviting work environment tailored to meet our employees' needs. There is a rooftop terrace, a versatile event space on the ground, and top floor, with amazing views over Berlin! We also have various room concepts to meet the different needs of employees.

For example, there are flexible project and meeting rooms for two to 200 people, which enable hybrid meetings so that employees can participate from anywhere. With an innovative smart app, employees can book workstations and rooms, organize appointments and navigate through the building using a 3D floor plan via a browser or their mobile device.

But that's just the beginning – we've thoughtfully equipped our space with modern conveniences such as climate control and ergonomic office furniture. Plus, we're proud to be a bike-friendly office, boasting secure bike parking and charging stations in our garage. Sustainability and accessibility are at the core of our ethos, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and included.

This is what our new site offers:

  • 8 floors
  • Sustainable construction
  • Air conditioning
  • Barrier-free
  • Ergonomic office equipment
  • Bike-friendly
  • Cafeteria with outdoor area
  • 2 roof terraces
Embracing hybrid working models , we offer flexibility not only in where and when we work, but also in how we collaborate. Our Service Hub Berlin is meticulously designed to foster creativity and innovation, blending contemporary workspaces with the convenience of a central location.

Berlin

Berlin is not only Germany's capital, but one of the most diverse and culturally distinct cities in Europe. In addition to the Brandenburg Gate, the Fernsehturm, Alexanderplatz or the Victory Column – which bring you closer to the history of Berlin – you will meet international artists, an impressive music scene and the unique charm of this city. Small cafés, hidden bars in backyards and the constantly changing neighbourhoods make Berlin what it is – a city to stay.

Here you can find more information about Berlin.

Districts
Berlin is divided into 12 districts. In the future, our Hub Berlin will be located in Prenzlauer Berg, a neighbourhood in the district of Berlin-Pankow. In a few minutes you can reach Alexanderplatz, the Nikolaiviertel and the Red Town Hall (Rote Rathaus).

Since Prenzlauer Berg is one of the centrally located neighbourhoods, a variety of public transport runs here. In this district you will find the Kulturbrauerei with wonderful permanent exhibitions, the Zeiss Planetarium or the lively Mauerpark, which turns into a flea market every Sunday.

Cuisine
The internationality of the capital is also reflected in the cuisine. In Prenzlauer Berg and the surrounding area, especially in Kastanienallee and around Kollwitzplatz and Helmholtzplatz, you will find restaurants and cafés in all sorts of flavours. From Köttbullar, doner kebab, falafel, wine, momos and vegan donuts, to burgers or the classic Italian family restaurant – there is something for every culinary taste here. Our insider tip: the Pfefferberg market hall, a new hotspot with innovative gastronomic concepts.

Events, Culture and Museums

Berlin is also a centre for culture and events. Every year, thousands of interested people come to Berlin to be part of the diverse events. Musical events such as Fête de la Musique, open-air concerts and festivals, Christopher Street Day, the Festival of Lights and our numerous Christmas markets. Throughout the year, people are drawn to become part of this extraordinary cultural programme.

For those who like it a little quieter, Berlin offers a large number of museums and sights. A walk along the Museum Island, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999, takes you to seven different museums and galleries.
