In numerous Group companies, our “plus” share program ensures employees’ long-term participation in the company’s success through incentive shares.

BASF offers members of the Board of Executive Directors and all senior executives the opportunity to participate in a long-term incentive program. This is based on a performance share plan and takes into account the achievement of strategic goals and the development of the BASF share and the dividend (total shareholder return) over a period of four years.
