We strive to achieving balanced gender ratio at BASF: By 2030, we aspire to increase the proportion of women in management positions with disciplinary leadership responsibility up to 30% worldwide.*

We believe that promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) is not a "one-size-fits-all" approach. While we implement global programs, we recognize the importance of local initiatives that reflect the cultural and situational factors of each region.
