After clicking on the “BASF Recruiting Chat”, the chat interface opens, and you will be greeted and informed about the terms of use. You accept the terms of use if you have submitted a question in the chat or if you click on one of the buttons displayed in the selection menu of the chat. You can end the chat at any time by closing the open window of the chat dialog. You can revoke your consent at any time.

The posting or any other provision of unlawful, criminal, abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, abusive, harmful to minors, discriminatory, racist, hateful, sexually-oriented, pornographic or otherwise objectionable material, who violate the rights of other persons - in particular infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights which could damage the reputation of BASF or BASF Group companies or their respective representatives or which violate applicable law - in a chat is prohibited.

BASF may end a recruiting chat or discontinue the offer at any time. There is no legal entitlement to a consulting chat. 

BASF provides online advice using a chat with reasonable care and in existing form. BASF makes no warranties, representations, guarantees or other representations whatsoever as to the validity, accuracy, reliability or completeness of the BASF Content or the Advisory or Dialogue Content or as to the availability or availability of the advice offered.

In principle, BASF is liable for damages in accordance with the statutory provisions. In the event of a simple negligent breach of material contractual obligations, BASF's liability shall, however, be limited to compensation for typically foreseeable damages. In the case of a simple negligent breach of non-essential contractual obligations, BASF assumes no liability. The above limitations of liability do not apply in the event of death, personal injury or damage to health.

BASF may, in its sole discretion and without liability, modify and/or discontinue operation of all or portions of this site at any time without notice and assumes no responsibility to update the site.
