What we expect

As an agronomist with a background in crop protection, you have successfully completed your studies with a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD and already have gained several years of experience in crop protection.

You communicate confidently in both German and in English. As a result of your proven leadership skills you know how to manage a team to achieve the best results. You can join us in Crop Protection. Here, we are looking for ways to cover the growing demand for increased agricultural productivity and healthy food for people and animals as a partner to farmers. Our focus is on product innovations, strategies, and solutions for crop protection.

You will receive on-the-job training from the very start in a committed, competent team. You will work on demanding tasks and have a high degree of responsibility. This includes, in addition to scientific work on a specific project, working with inter-disciplinary and often inter-cultural teams.

Which responsibilities can you expect?

You pass on your scientific expertise and deal with demanding tasks. You will lead a team in the lab, greenhouse or testing stations and have a coordinating role.

With your experience you can also control the business, e.g. in sales, marketing, strategy or life cycle management. You contribute your marketing experience and product knowledge in customer meetings or strategy developments.
