Elastollan^® TPU fibres manufactured with extreme precision makes it possible to safely manufacture fibre walls with a thickness of only 70 μ.

Because of the good thermal deformation resistance of Elastollan^®, it was also possible to improve joining of the fibre casing by welding instead of gluing, and significantly streamline the production process.
