Nancy Houle 

Nancy Houle was appointed Director of Performance Materials Canada and Business Management Spray Foam North America on July 1, 2023. In this role, Nancy is responsible for leading the performance Materials administration and innovation life cycle in Canada and driving the North American region business development and management of the overall Spray segment. In this role, Nancy is a member of the North America Polyurethanes Regional Business Management Leadership Team and the Canadian Leadership Team.

Nancy joined BASF in 2003 as a Chemist for BASF’s Toronto Site and has since held multiple roles within Canada's Sales, Market Development, and Regional Business Management teams.

Before joining BASF, Nancy worked as a Scientist for the Technical Services Team at Johnson & Johnson. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the École Polytechnique of Montréal.
