Beatriz Gaytan

Beatriz Gaytan is the Head of the Digital Hub in Toronto, BASF Canada, and a member of the Canadian Leadership Team. Beatriz is an enthusiastic leader, passionate about innovation and digitalization.  

In her current role, Beatriz is responsible for building and leading the Digital Hub in providing innovative, agile, and cutting-edge solutions to BASF’s global businesses. Beatriz serves as a strategic leader in strengthening BASF’s position as a digital leader in the chemical industry.

Beatriz began her career with BASF in 1994, starting as an intern at BASF Mexico. Since then, Beatriz has worked in various IT-related roles in Mexico and Canada.

Beatriz holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from La Salle University and a Master of Business Administration from IPADE Business School. Beatriz also completed the Chief Technology Officer Program at UC Berkeley.
