Oleta (Leta) LaRush

Leta LaRush is the Vice President, Business Management for BASF Canada Agricultural Solutions based out of the Calgary head office.

In this role, Leta leads the Agricultural Solutions Canadian Leadership Team and is responsible for the division’s business activities. She also serves on the Agricultural Solutions North American Leadership Team, the BASF Canada Leadership Team, and the CropLife Canada board.

Leta is a forward-thinking, creative, and passionate leader, as well as an influential speaker and advocate for sustainability and supporting women in the agriculture industry. In addition to her role, Leta is a member of BASF Canada’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council and is a strong advocate of Employee Resource Groups in Canada.

Prior to this role, and since joining BASF in 2011, Leta has served the company in various roles ranging from corporate affairs, customer strategy, innovation, and marketing.
