With every internship also comes an internship assignment like for example offering support with the annual SIRA selection process or drawing out a method for measuring the overall satisfaction about training courses. Which background do I need?

You’re a bachelor or master student in Human Resources or Psychology and you are looking for a challenging internship.

You like to work in a team and are open to new experiences. You easily communicate and you approach tasks in a target oriented and innovative manner. You dare to take initiative and you’re not afraid to take responsibility.

To be able to complete an internship at BASF you must be registered at a university during your internship.
