What we expect:

You graduated with an above-average diploma or master degree in the area of Industrial Engineering, Business Chemistry or Economic Sciences, specializing in Marketing, Controlling or Human Resources. Working independently suits you and you also possess a high degree of social competence, take pleasure in working in a team, you communicate well and you have a confident manner. You speak English confidently and you have already experienced some relevant hands-on-training. Extramural commitment and international experience are advantageous. Mobility and flexibility should be second nature to you.

What tasks will you be asked to undertake?

The flexibly and individually-designed program lasts between 18 and 24 months and it will help you to prepare for your future intended position. Several stages in central units such as Global Procurement, Global SC Management, Finance & Accounting and Strategic Marketing along with operative units such as Account & Product Management and Controlling will provide you with fascinating experience of practical work and projects in an interdisciplinary working environment, that may also be linked to an international assignment.

Your opportunities for development:

You will be accompanied by personal mentors from the management area for the entire duration of your program. Regular feedback discussions, coupled with extensive qualification measures support you in your vocational and personal development. Regular network events will enable you to establish contacts quickly – including to trainees at other group companies and locations.
