What we expect:

For START IN Agro Europe, we are looking for candidates who have completed a master’s degree or doctorate with excellent grades in agricultural science or business with a focus on marketing.

It is important that you have a very good command of English. Initial experience from relevant internships is also to your advantage.

Which responsibilities can you expect?

Our 24-month trainee program teaches you to think in interdisciplinary, intercultural terms to prepare you to perform the tasks of a specialist in marketing or sales (product or project management) with the prospect of eventually assuming management responsibility or heading a team or group. It consists of several practical assignments lasting about three to six months each, including an assignment abroad.

Your opportunities for development:

During the program you will gain valuable experience with the focus on sales support and the regional and European marketing units. Depending on the individual focus of your program, you perform interdisciplinary work in ongoing projects in cooperation with our supply chain management, controlling, communication, or HR departments.

An experienced mentor supports you throughout the program. We will also provide technical and personal training including in project management and networking events etc. to systematically prepare you for your future tasks.
