Naren is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate in Business Management from Mysore University. In his 3-decade long experience, he has worked in India, Singapore, China and Germany. BASF in India accounts for €2.7 billion in sales.

He manages Finance & Controlling, Human Resources, EHS, Corporate Communication, Supply Chain Operations, Intellectual Property, Facility Management and Real Estate services. He is also in charge of Procurement & Digitalization services.
