Provide timely counsel to all businesses and in varied areas, including general corporate/commercial law, corporate governance matters, policy and compliance matters, competition law, privacy law, intellectual property law, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters, environmental law, real estate law and litigation. As a member of the legal team, you'll provide strategic legal advice and support on cross-border and global transactions and issues.

In addition, you’ll be sought for advice and contributions to risk and commercial issues analysis. You also play a significant part in BASF's compliance with legal frameworks across the region. Joining the legal team sees you working closely with internal clients, engineers and management in order to maximize projects and minimize risk.
