In order to get some first impressions of you during the screening process, we review the information that you provided us in your CV. In addition to you professional qualifications, we are especially interested in:
- Your educational and professional determination
- Your commitment e.g. in social, athletic, musical or cultural endeavors
- Your intercultural interests or experiences
- Further education / qualifications, awards or grants
In Germany, for selected positions like our rotational programs, the preselection is supplemented by an Online Assessment.
When do I receive a feedback?
Your application will be examined individually and upon a positive assessment will be forwarded to the relevant business/functional unit. We aim to give you feedback on your application within two weeks. Since multiple parties are involved in the selection process, in some cases it can also take longer.
Telephone Interview
Have you peaked our interest? Then the next step is to set a date for a telephone interview with one of our colleagues from the European recruiting team so that we can gather some first impressions about who you are and what skills you have to offer. We will also of course be pleased to answer any questions.
