Peter Halder
Peter Halder is BASF Canada’s Head of People based out of the Mississauga head office.
In his role, Peter leads the People Team which includes corporate Human Resources and Communications services in Canada.
Since joining BASF in 2020, Peter’s roles involved leading compensation and benefits strategies for BASF Canada, bringing numerous improvements and increased offerings to employees which led to the company’s first-ever benefits award. He has also held roles providing strategic HR Business Partner Services and is an advocate for Employee Groups. Peter brings a vision to drive contemporary solutions that make BASF Canada an excellent place to work with an inclusive organizational culture.
Peter holds a Bachelor’s in Human Resources and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
