BASF Group's second most important production center is located in Antwerp, in the north of Belgium. The Verbund site is directly connected to the North Sea, the Port of Antwerp and the European hinterland. What is CarPer?

On this page you will find all the information you need to apply for an entry permit as a contractor via the online tool CarPer.  

BASF Antwerp's entry policy is aimed at allocating entry tickets where necessary, while at the same time limiting traffic congestion at the gates and on the site. 

Who has access to CarPer?

Access to the web application is granted automatically:

  • If you are known in Passage as a Contractor Dispatcher, you can use the same login details for the web application to apply for and manage vehicle access permits for the commercial vehicles and the vehicles of the employees of your company.

  • If you have access to the BASF network, you can use your BASF login for the web application to apply for and manage your own vehicle access permit.

The access card allows the holder to access the BASF Antwerp site with the vehicle indicated, in accordance with the regulations.

If you bring technical equipment in or out to the BASF site, this must be indicated via this form. Correct registration allows Site Security to maintain a better overview, avoiding delays at the gate.
