BASF’s renowned trainee program in Asia Pacific – BASF GROW Graduate Program – is hiring at its Business Service Hub in Kuala Lumpur! It lets you grow and develop in various professional areas in BASF, so you can take off your career in the best-in-class business services.
The structured development roadmap will help you build a foundation for future growth through business knowledge, diverse learning experiences, interactions with different stakeholders and enhanced professional skills.
As a GROW trainee, you would experience various positions through job rotations within the company which form a solid foundation for your career development. You will interact with colleagues or stakeholders from different countries and diverse cultural backgrounds. You will also have opportunities to participate in international projects or join short-term international assignments. You can expect challenging tasks with a high degree of responsibility and on-the-job training within a committed and competent team.

Who are we looking for?
We rely on individuals who possess strong intercultural abilities and are highly motivated to push things forward, while also enjoying teamwork. Additionally, having entrepreneurial thinking and effective communication skills will complete your profile.
Requirements for 2025 hiring:
- Bachelor or Master Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.3 or its equivalent, preferably major in the Human Resource, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- Fresh graduate or with not more than 2 years’ working experience.
- Relevant extracurricular activities (e.g., social engagement; student initiative; team sports; etc.).
- Internship at international company, e.g., in Human Resource or Supply Chain is beneficial.
- Languages: English fluent, other languages (focus Asian language).

BASF Asia-Pacific Service Centre was established in 2005. Located in Kuala Lumpur, the regional service hub has approximately 1,300 employees and growing.
