Talent Community

Become a member of the global Talent Community to stay informed about suitable positions and career related news about BASF. If you want to stay updated on interesting jobs in your preferred region or country, we recommend to activate a job agent via our Talent Community to receive newly published jobs directly in your mailbox.

Once you have found an interesting position in the job search and you signed in to our talent community, you are asked to register at our online application system. Here you have the possibility to create your own profile. You can upload your CV and import your personal information directly into your profile. Alternatively, you can apply by using your LinkedIn profile: Your personal information from LinkedIn will be made available for your application at BASF.

You will need about 15 - 20 minutes to apply, in case you import your CV data or you use your data from LinkedIn, you will be much faster.

You found more than one interesting job? Please apply online for up to three positions only. If you submitted your application, you will instantly receive a confirmation per mail.

To get some first impressions of you during the screening process, we review the information that you provided us in your application. In addition to your professional qualifications, we are especially interested in:

• Your educational and professional ambition
• Your work experience
• Your commitment e.g. in social, athletic, musical or cultural endeavors
• Your intercultural interests or experiences
• Further education / qualifications, awards, etc.

If your application is taken forward to the next stage, for us to get to know you better and for you to find out more about the role and BASF, you will be invited for an interview.

How long does the whole application process take?

In general it takes 2-3 months between a candidate sending the application and receiving the job-offer. The length of time is however influenced by a number of factors and can vary.
